Do we really want to give up our sovereignty?

This is the hierarchy of America

       


      It is my understanding that most people have been tricked into forgetting a few very important things about America. The people have not been taught to think free, but instead, to think like slaves. The people have forgotten about individual sovereignty, freedom, and how government works. The people have forgotten that in America we must consent to being governed. The people have forgotten that any unlawful legislation that comes from the governments we have created must have our individual consent. The People have forgotten that the only authority the governments we have created is, the authority we have given to them. The people have forgotten that legislation and law, is not the same thing. The people have forgotten that statutes and acts are the rules of society and only have the force of law with our consent. The people have forgotten that we have unalienable rights, granted to us by our creators. The people have forgotten that we do not have to ask for permission to invoke these rights. The people have been taught and tricked into thinking like slaves, so we are treated like slaves.


         There are so many aspects to this scheme that I cannot cover it all here. But I hope this will spark some curiosity in you and inspire you to do your own due diligence. Nobody is going to set you free, you have to do that on your own. In order to understand what I have written you need to have a strong understanding of these words: liberty, sovereignty, republic, jurisdiction, de facto, de jure, federal, state, consent, waiver, unalienable, law, legal, corporation, statute, acts, register, legal fiction, legislation, the U.C.C. or at least what the Universal Commercial Code is. The 3 types of English we use: slang, common, legal. You'll need to understand what the federal reserve is and how it operates.

Note: You should use an early edition law dictionary such as blacks law dictionary to define these words.


          It has been said, that the Constitution for the United States of America is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government*. So how is it that we have so many unconstitutional laws in this country? Why is it "The Peoples" arguments fall on deaf ears? The Declaration of Independence states: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights; that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness; that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."


Note: Men is a general term referring to mankind.


          Most Americans believe we live in a democracy and that is the reason for their woes. They believe it is the will of the majority, (no matter how crazy that majority might be) which justifies all the insane legislation America currently suffers under. Remember this? "And to the Republic for which it stands" Well guess what, it still stands. Article 4 section 4 of our de jure constitution guarantees it. The peoples belief that America is a democracy is strengthened in many ways, such as court, the major media, social conditioning, and the two party show you watch on TV, just to name a few. When legislation is created, you are told it's now the law and you must obey or be punished. What gave it the force of law? Most people tend to think it was the people (through representatives) and because that is what the people wanted, now they have no choice but to obey or get out. Have you taken an oath to the people? Are the people your master? What gives the majority jurisdiction over you? What happened to your sovereignty? For a civil servant, that's easy, it's their oath of office that binds them, but what about you, what binds you? Remember, no matter how much the feds media claim we are a democracy, we are still in fact, a sovereign republic*. All states are guaranteed a republic form of government and we are still a sovereign people, therefore we are a sovereign republic*. Republics can easily morph into democracies without a sovereign people to restrain them. You can see evidence of that right now, with several of the states reasserting their sovereignty to avoid the tyrannical rules of the fed.


          Democracy's are the rule of the mob and easily corruptible. I call them demockery's because they always lead to tyranny. Sovereignty cannot exist in conjunction with democracy. The rule of the mob would infringe on the rights of the sovereign. And sovereignty is absolute. That's what I like about a sovereign republic. You are only governed via your consent. And being governed and living a lawful life are not the same thing*.


          You do not have to consent to the rule of the mob. You can't stop your brothers and sisters from following in the footsteps of madness, but you don't have to follow them. As long as we don't infringe on our brothers and sisters unalienable rights we are living a lawful life. It's that simple, a live and let live motto. However, you have most likely contracted yourself into a legislative madness. Do you even know how many legislative acts and statutes rule over you? Do you understand them? Can you read an act or statute once and understand? We read everyday: signs, newspaper, books, essays, etc. and we are able to understand them. However when it comes to legislative rules that we allow to rule our lives, most of us fall into a deep coma after the first paragraph. The reason for this is discouragement and deceit and encouragement for you to hire a lawyer, whose highest allegiance is to the law society and his oath to the bar association.


          If we are all created equal and are endowed with certain unalienable rights, how can anyone make demands of us or remove our rights? The answer is they can't. Our governments derive their power from consent*, if we do not consent, they have no power, if they were to claim jurisdiction over us without our consent that would make us slaves. You see, the only way we can loose our unalienable rights is through waiver or consent*. We have to voice them away or sign them away, or in some cases, simply remain silent. And that is what we have done.


          We have been lead away from truth, through coercion and lies, propaganda, threats, and the secret language of the law society* which bases its allegiance to the bar association*. The lies are constantly reinforced through social conditioning. When we have children we are told by a civil servant we "MUST"* register our children with the state (fed), or that "IT'S THE LAW". Effectively handing over full ownership and rights to them. What you are also doing is signing your child up for (U.S. CITIZENSHIP*), which comes with mere privileges, not rights*. When you were born here in America, you were a (Natural Born Citizen*) with all your natural, constitutional and unalienable rights intact. Then shortly after, you were contracted into slavery. Contracts such as your birth certificate, social security # and later, marriage license. If the civil servant making these demands were to actually cite anything at all it would be a statute or an act, which only has the force of law through consent*. That consent is assumed in court through the private contracts you have entered into with the federal and state governments and continue to bind yourself too. Those are the chains that bind you to the legislation of the government. If you do not question authority or the commands of others then that authority is assumed.


          That is why your constitutional arguments fall on deaf ears. The constitution is for " the people" and you have removed yourself from that definition. The only jurisdiction (oath spoken word) government has is that which you have given to it via your consent and continued use of the legal fiction that was given to you by your parents and registered (owned) with the federal and state governments. Believe it or not, the federal government a.k.a. The United States of America is a corporation,* it's jurisdiction lies within the 10x10 square miles known as the district of Columbia.* It has no jurisdictional power outside of that area. Actually it has no jurisdiction if you don't have any oath's, affirmations, or contracts with it. A legal fiction cannot control the flesh and blood without consent. We created the federal government to simply have and keep some cohesion between the states*. Without this union of states we would be easily picked off by our enemy's. It was never meant to be the out of control beast it has become. As long as you continue to play along, the only rights you will have are the privileges granted to you by those who control it*. If you have contracted with it, you do not control it, you serve it, only "the people" are its master. And it can be easily altered at any time. The de facto U.S.* has mirrored our organic de jure constitution*. And the fact that it is a legal fiction; it can be altered at any time by those who control it. Any victories we have with it are merely to maintain the illusion of a de jure court. We have an unlimited right to contract in America.* If that contract removes your rights then you have no right to complain about the removal of those rights. That is of course with the understanding that you entered in to it with full knowledge and understanding intent* which most people would never have done if they had been properly educated.


       Let me give you an example, lets say you get arrested because you were peacefully dissenting on public property the tyrannical rules (legislation) of the government. In order to let you go they make you sign a contract agreeing you will not carry a gun for 90 days. Since dissenting the government is now basis for accusation of terrorism,* which removes all the (privileges) they have given you and could land you in some hole somewhere, you agree. Which they can do because you have already consented by contract (wavering your rights) which you continue to bind yourself too by claiming you are the legal fiction bound by their rules (statutes and acts). To make a long story short, you decide to carry your gun anyways, they catch you, and you end up in court arguing your first and second amendment rights. But all the judge can see is two parties bound by contract and one of the parties has dishonored the contract. That is why our courts are mostly ruled by the u.c.c. It's all about contract law. The 1st and 2nd amendment doesn't apply because you waived that right through your contracts with them (the legal fiction they own and your 90 day contract). If you want to have your rights back, you need to remove all binding contracts and powers of attorney, i.e.: birth certificates, social security (which makes you surety for their (fed) debt by the way*) and anything else you have in play that removes your rights.


          This is not expatriation, actually, binding yourself to the registered legal fiction is expatriation, you've removed your rights and replaced them with privileges*. What I'm recommending is invoking your rights and sovereignty, demand all civil servants stand on their oath before conversing with you (especially judges), and challenging all claims of jurisdiction over you. I also recommend writing up a declaration of sovereignty and claim of right via the witness-notice or notary process. Unless of course you enjoy being a slave. Your probably thinking well how do I prove I was born here without that piece of paper? Well if you understand what I'm saying, then you'll know that there will be nobody who can make that demand of you. You will have removed all jurisdictions over you. The only lawful reason I can think of that you would need to prove your natural birth would be to run for high office. And that can be accomplished through witnesses. Three witnesses to a fact have more power than any legislation. I'm not talking about abolishing the fed, just reducing its jurisdiction and putting its energy back where it belongs… the sovereign people.


          Another example: Lets say you weren't arrested but instead decided to walk down a public road with a couple of fully automatic machine guns, which is well within your second amendment rights. However, since you continue to bind yourself to the legal fiction they own through your contracts with them (birth certificate etc.) and agreed to be bound by their rules (statutes and acts) you get arrested and fined and probably imprisoned.


          They can infringe on your rights because you have consented to that infringement. These contracts have been part of our society for so long now (over 50 years) that most peace officers do not know how to work within the confines of the law, and do not have the knowledge of the difference between rules and law.

      Remember: If anyone can make demands of you or your property, then it is not your property and you are a slave. We have contracted ourselves into slavery through ignorance. You do not have to apply for rights in this country, those rights are granted to you by your creator, we do not receive our rights from institutions or corporations. What we currently have in America is voluntary enslavement through ignorance of the law. D
